Day 1 : Arrive Cochin
Begin your Tour.
Arrive into Cochin
Welcome to your 'Kerala Honeymooners Vacation'
On arrival in Cochin, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's
representative to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Evening
attend the Kathakali dance performance.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 2 : Cochin
This morning after breakfast proceed on a city tour of Cochin
Visit the Dutch palace, Jewish Synagogue, chinese fishing nets,
St. Francis Church and the Santa Cruz Church. Also visit the Hill
Palace Museum which displays articles of archeological importance.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 3 : Cochin - Munnar
This morning drive to Munnar (135 kms/04½ hrs) enroute
visit tea plantations.
On arrival in Munnar, check in at hotel.
Afternoon, Boat ride in the lake.

Day 4 : Munnar
Visit Eravikulam National Park to see rare mountain goats locally
called the Nilgiri Tahr, Old Munnar Town, Dairy Farm and the Mattupetty
Dam. Enjoy the rest of the day on your own. Visit the bazaars, plantations
etc
Overnight: Hotel
Day 5 : Munnar - Periyar
Early morning after breakfast drive to Periyar (100 kms/03 hrs)
on the way visiting Idukki dam. Later proceed to the wildlife sanctuary
at Periyar/Thekkady. Check in at the Hotel. Afternoon,Boat ride
in Lake Periyar to watch wildlife. Sightseeing will include spotting
a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer,
wild boar etc.
In the evening visit Kumily spice market to see and buy spices.

Day 6 : Periyar - Kottayam/Kumarakom
Early Morning: Drive to Kottayam (120 kms/03 hrs) and on arrival,
switch over to the House Boat and cruise along the backwaters, passing
through paddy fields, villages, market etc. The cruise is through
`Kuttanad' literally meaning the land which is lower than the sea
level but is kept intact by its bounds and dikes. It is the `rice
bowl' of Kerala. The rice fields are very beautiful and this lush
land and surrounds governs the placid way of life of the people
who live on the backwaters. Overnight on board HOUSE BOAT.
Overnight: Houseboat
Day 7 : Arrive Alleppey - Kovalam (180 kms/04½ hrs)
The houseboat comes to a halt at Alleppey today morning after
breakfast. Proceed to Kovalam and transfer to beach resort on arrival.
Day free to relax at the golden beach or indulge in Ayurvedic massages.

Day 8 : Kovalam
Today you can spend the whole day visiting several attractions
in and around the town. Start with a visit to Thiruvanthapuram and
visit the famous Padmanabhaswamy Temple , Museum Complex, Science
and Technology Museum , Aakulam Boat Club, Veli Tourist Village
and the lovely Shangmugham Beach Overnight: Hotel
Day 9 : Kovalam
Full day free on the beach.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 10 : Kovalam - Trivandrum - Mumbai
After breakfast transfer to Airport / Railway station to board
the flight/Train for your onward journey to back home with sweet
and unforgettable memories of Kerala escorted by Vardhman Vacations.
